The ownership of the said land shall be transferred to the Client after 16 years or completion of the project if the sum agreed is paid fully.
The Client has no right to do any plantation or construction of building during 16 years.
If the Client has invested only on teak trees planted in the common block of land given in the zschedule, he is only entitled to the harvest of teak trees.
Harvest of the teak trees shall be purchased by the company at a minimum price of Rupees 100,000/= [one hundred thousand only] per teak tree at the request of the Client.
If the ear marked block is planted with inter crops, the company agrees to pay 25 % of the net profits earned from her or his block.
The Client shall pay to the company the price of the land with teak trees or only teak trees in the single payment or by installments on or before the specified date mentioned in the schedule.
If the Client fails to pay the installments as agreed on or before the due date, the company reserves the right to revoke the agreement and the payments already made by the Client shall not be paid back.
If the Client wishes to renew the contract he may do so by paying all the arrears due on termination plus a default premium prescribed by the company.
The company shall compensate the Client in the event of any trees being destroyed or lost due to the bad management or negligence of the company or its employee except by and Act of God or natural disaster, inorder to compensate the client a common block of land planted with teak trees shall be maintained by the said company.
The teak plantations shall be managed and monitored by well experienced planters and thereby expected harvest of the teak trees is guaranteed.
If the Client wishes to transfer the ownership of the teak trees or the teak trees with the land, he may do so with the prior approval of the said company.
The Client has the right to visit the land in which his or her trees are planted.
If the Client wishes to sell the teak trees to a third party, he has the right do so with the prior approval of the company after 16 years (Project period ).
